For established patients only. Every refill request requires clinical review.

Existing-patient care

01 / Before you begin

A useful check-in starts with the right information.

The secure patient portal should collect the information selected by the treating provider. This demonstration does not collect it.

01

Confirm your current plan

Have your medication name, current dose, dosing schedule, and remaining supply available.

02

Report how treatment is going

Share side effects, missed doses, new diagnoses, medication changes, and other information requested by the clinician.

03

Complete requested follow-up

Provide any measurements, laboratory results, visits, or records the operating provider requires.

Clinical review, not auto-renewal

The decision stays with the treating clinician.

A refill pathway should make appropriate follow-up easier without predetermining the result. The clinician may renew treatment, adjust the plan, request additional information, schedule a visit, or decline the request.

Possible next steps
01Continue the current plan
02Discuss an adjustment
03Complete follow-up first
04Consider another approach
Examples only. The clinical outcome depends on the individual patient.

02 / Questions

Before you request.

Does a refill request guarantee renewal?

No. The treating clinician must review the request and may approve it, change the plan, request follow-up, or decline renewal based on clinical judgment.

Can I request a different dose?

A patient may ask to discuss the treatment plan, but dose changes require clinician review. The refill pathway should never imply that titration is automatic.

What if I am not an established patient?

Use the FastGLP1 evaluation pathway to request an initial consultation with the operating provider. Refill review is intended only for established patients.
